Removing Google supplemental results

After implementing changes to the Blogger page title I have noticed a large reduction in the amount of Google supplemental results for this blog.

There are now 21 pages in the supplemental index, these are all fairly old posts which will probably need a deep crawl to be updated so to fast-track this a bit I have posted links to the individual pages to test if this helps to move the pages into the normal Google index.

The 21 supplemental results are for:
Google Adwords Qualified Professional
Google AdWords Manager
Firefox add to favorites code
Google AdWords PayPal conversion tracking code
Google voted best Internet brand
