As far as I understand it's difficult to get buzzed unless you are a high profile site anyways. The visitors are quite engaged though and represent the upper main stream of the US population and beyond. @Utah: Basically you can push everything via SEO on those sites besides SEO itself. Even the best articles get buried for no reason. Apple is the best example of marketing on Digg. They push even crappy ads onto the frontpage. Thanks Andrew.
