At what age would a new site be deemed ok? mines 12 months old. I had it doing well for lesser keywords but now Ive altered everything and gone for the big one lol. Its disappeared and now my internal pages do better then my homepage ?

Should I have waited?

u have mentioned really nice points.it’s absolutely true that most of us don’t bother about uppercase or lower case,nouns,adjective ,etc.
if it matters allottttttttt
as i have hired virtual employees from marketraise corp ,they are also concentrating on same factors for newer site optimization.

Itamar: Not at all. A 4 year old website with no SEO done is great online real estate, unless it was never indexed at all in the first place.

Well put Tad,

The analogy I often use with potential clients is, it is all about relationship. Starting fresh in any industry wet behind the ears means that (a) you have to play catch up and (b) target keywords within your range. The more top 10 rankings you develop, the more Google views your site as an authority.

Starting with the low hanging fruit first, then targeting the root phrase is the best method of choice to make a systemic impact and develop quality traffic that converts over time.

In short, snatch the fruit then target the root…
