New SEOptimise Web Design & Follow Us @ SES London
You may have noticed during the last few days the SEOptimise website has been changing, the new design is based on the previous version but improvements have been made to the layout and formatting of the site:

We have further ideas to improve the website’s content during the next few weeks, but the updates to the site so far include:
- Integration into WordPress for the whole website, as opposed to just the blog. This also means our blog design is again consistent with the main website.
- New homepage layout – brightening up the homepage with the use of new images.
- Footer links to promote our latest blog posts, services and @seoptimise twitter updates throughout the site.
- Improved blog design, tidy-up of sidebars and increasing width of the main post area.
Please let us know if you notice any problems.
SES London Blog Coverage
This week we will be covering the Search Engine Strategies conference in London. During the day I plan to tweet any useful tips and tricks I pick-up during the sessions so remember to follow kevgibbo. Plus myself and Richard will be publishing recap posts to review the conference here on the SEOptimise blog.

Hi Kevin,
Think you need to look at your home page links as they aren’t working at the moment!

Congrats guys!
I have noticed a few redirect issues, for example http://www.seoptimise.com/search-engine-optimisation (link from the homepage) is 301 to http://www.seoptimise.com/blog/2007/08/search-engine-optimisation-google.html not sure if that was meant.
Hope this helps

Thanks Ran, we’ve reset the navigation back to use original URL structures now and put a redirect in place for the issue you spotted.

Looks good. Just so you’re aware, the contact us button’s link is broken (above the search), I guess it should be /contact & not /contact-us

Thanks Greg, fixed.
