I noticed the other day that StumbledUpon is doing this as well. I saved a link I 'stumbled' and the link had a SU logo on my desktop. The SU toolbar doesn't go away when I click over to another page, either. Made me not want to use SU because I've read up on the Digg problem. I want to promote the sites I'm visiting, not the link saving service.
