		<description>I think this should streamline efforts a great deal for businesses. yahoo gets to cut back on overhead and Bing gets to grow their search engine which they have wanted to do for quite sometime now.</description>

Yahoo crawls new websites 2-3 weeks before Bing and a week before Goog.
Yahoo uses some incredibly clever technology to use old computers to fuel their SE.
Yahoo shares backlink info.
B &amp; G do none of the above.
All in all I think it would have been far better to have Bing powered by Yahoo!</description>
