Whether it’s a black hat or white hat both help in getting ranks. It’s really up to you how you’re going to use black hat besides if you use it too much Google will punish you somehow. Does anyone here use 80% white hat seo and 20% black hat?

Black is SEO is quite easy for getting rapid optimized results. But what do you think, Google will punish or not. What I personally think not. My Competitor is doing Black Hat SEO by using hidden text in his website and doing lots of black hat techniques. I reported to Google many times that his website is abusing search rules but his website is still on top :(.

If Google really punish black hat seo then please tell me how??? How can I report black hat seo websites.
