		<description>Don&#039;t you think that the reason stories like &quot;Man arrested for not using Twitter&quot; are newsworthy because they are NOT common?  If people were getting arrested or sued due to their remarks on Twitter, it would not make the news. 

There is certainly a point to your blog post, free speech is free speech.  I think in time, when people understand what Twitter is more, everything will be just fine. At the same time, people need to realize that their statements can be permanent, searched, found and read by the world.</description>
