At SEOptimise we place great emphasis on a creative, dynamic and fun working environment. Our talented team manage and deliver ethical SEO projects to an exceptionally high standard whilst maintaining a commitment to education which ensures that we’re always at the forefront of our industry. We take our work very seriously, and clients are always our number one priority. We work hard to ensure that projects are invariably delivered on time and to the highest standards. But the SEOptimise office is also a fun place to work, with a communal music playlist, vast quantities of free snacks everyday and some hilariously random conversations on wide-ranging topics which often seem to involve animals.
We’re a sociable team and we enjoy each other’s company. We frequently go out as a group, and have company parties every summer and Christmas. Examples of our recent company outings include punting, bowling, wine tasting and pool. We’ve also been known to be pretty competitive on the office Nintendo Wii.
We believe that continual training is vital in the constantly evolving SEO industry. We therefore ensure that all our staff get to attend prominent industry events, conferences and training sessions on a regular basis: SMX Advanced and a4uexpo are just two of the events we’ve been to recently both as speakers and delegates. We set aside time daily to ensure you can keep up to date with the latest thoughts and developments in online marketing, and we also have an extensive library of relevant books which we’re always happy to add to if you see a book you think would be useful.
We’ve always been keen to encourage progression in all our employees, and we’ll go out of our way to help you achieve it. We invest heavily in personal development, and you’ll have loads of opportunities to provide your feedback on the running of the company and to contribute to its development. We hold regular knowledge share sessions so that you benefit from the expertise of industry leaders such as Director of Search Kevin Gibbons, and we will always support you in expanding your horizons, whether through training opportunities, widening your responsibilities or gaining new qualifications.
