SEOptimise began work with global commercial property developer Goodman in January 2010, focusing on a number of websites for business and science parks throughout the UK, as well as the main Goodman Business Parks website.
Rising to the challenge of increasing the rankings of numerous websites within one project, SEOptimise have needed to work closely with Goodman’s marketing and public relations departments to go beyond the boundaries of traditional SEO and embrace the link building scope of the PR campaign, raising Goodman’s profile within the local communities in which their business parks are sited.
SEOptimise have worked across Goodman’s 25 sub sites (including Oxford Business Park, Arlington Square, Bracknell, Arlington Business Park, Reading, Leeds Valley Park, Rainton Bridge and Glasgow Central Quay)and have had a 33% increase in traffic across these sites between 2010 and 2011, achieving a total increase in unique visitors of 44.5% in Q1 2011 compared to Q1 2010. Website enquiries went from 0 to 50 across the same period, an outstanding result which is particularly significant in view of the fact that a single referral to a Goodman website could potentially be worth millions of pounds.

One of SEOptimise’s biggest success stories, luxury travel operator Audley Travel saw a 196% increase in organic search traffic during the 12 months after beginning work with SEOptimise in May 2008.
SEOptimise generated significant levels of interest in Audley through social media surrounding topical issues, achieving an increase of 181% in the number of unique keyword searches delivering traffic in the year following commencement of the project.
The bulk of the search engine optimisation project included optimising multiple countries, places, hotels, holidays and tours throughout the audleytravel.com website. This meant that we were essentially optimising for thousands of different keyword phrases and long-tail variations of queries. In addition to this, there have been some great results from social media and referring sites; from nothing, these sites now provide significant visitor numbers.

Whilst providing services in relatively niche sectors, it nevertheless operates in an extremely competitive environment.
SEOptimise has been working with Christie + Co since September 2010. Since then, the project has achieved some outstanding results, and although there has been a substantial number of keywords to focus on, the work has produced clear successes in many areas. Many previously non-ranking keywords and terms have already achieved first page positions in the major UK search engine results, with some even achieving top three positions.
